262 - Lines
Dec. 23rd, 2008 11:42 amShe died.
Someone killed her and my Sister Cylon died. Without the Resurrection Hub or any ships, we all had permanent death now. I needed him. Felix. I knew I could find us a way home.
I knew because he finally remembered me from our time back on New Caprica.
Back then, things were different. I remembered how he'd write lines upon lines of names and hand them to me. I had promised him that I would help, because the Ones were the Cylons who knew what humans were being held and where they were at. I could help him. We could do this, together. I promised him.
So, I promised him again, that we'd be able to do it together. To get back to the fleet somehow before anything else happened to anyone. And I think -- at least, I hope -- that he believed me.
I wanted to smile at Felix, that same smile I'd given to him when he'd been writing during our meetings and he needed comforting. Instead, I had to let hushed tones lead the way. At least this time around, there were no captive humans worrying him.
