OOC: You made me feel bad for Boomer. *sniff* Unfortunately, I really doubt that Athena would have given Bill the message, but considering the fact that Helo was able to talk to the Chief without ripping his head off, the message stood a chance of getting through if Helo was able to talk to Bill before he took Laura on her last journey.
